Noel Barnett, P.E.

Noel Barnett, P.E., runs ZNS Engineering’s first East Coast branch out of Boca Raton, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in civil engineering, permitting, and land development entitlements across South and Central Florida. He specializes in guiding builders and developers through complex site engineering, drainage, and utility coordination from initial due diligence all the way through construction. Noel is known for his hands-on, responsive approach and his ability to build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and municipal agencies alike. He leads projects with urgency, driving schedules forward and keeping developments on track.
