Joe Collins

Joe is a registered Landscape Architect in 2 states and director of Landscape Architecture services. He has over 20 years’ experience in Master planning layout, commercial parcel development and recreation design. Joe has practiced in multiple states including Florida, Boston and Minnesota and worked directly with Planners, Architects and Engineering professionals. Joe is currently taking the lead for implementing a general development plan with mixed residential lot densities, a commercial town center and a 3-acre amenity facility with meeting halls, great lawn and heated resort pool. Current design services are land planning, site design, structural detailing, finish materials and planting design. As a steward of the land, Joe’s passion is implementing sustainable practices to preserve water quality, protect habitat and propose native plant communities. He is involved in ASLA and ULI activities.
