The Villages at Riverwalk is a project consisting of three story apartment buildings, two story townhouses over retail , three-story townhouses and four-story multi-family buildings over parking. The project proposes 518 residential units and 10,248 square feet of retail with amenities. The six apartment buildings contain 240 dwelling units. The four townhome buildings contain 38 dwelling units, and the multi-story buildings contain 240 units.
