The Robert L. Taylor Community Center & Aquatic Splash Park consisted of the construction of a new 45,000 square foot community center, splash park and outdoor recreational space. ZNS provided drafting services for the staging plan, Civil Design and Permitting services (including sanitary sewer, potable water and fire line systems) and construction administration services (including construction observation, shop drawing review and final certifications). We provided Civil Design pertaining to stormwater management, installation and/or relocation of utilities (waterline, wastewater and reclaim) Project Management, Surveying, Construction Administration and certifications as project progressed to final completion status.
