Polo Run is planned to include all single family detached homes with a neighborhood amenity center. Both projects are being developed on 1,389.54 acres of previously vacant land. The property is located approximately 1.4 miles east of Lorraine Road along State Road 70 and is bordered on the East by the future alignment of Bourneside Boulevard and on the west by the future alignment of Uihlein Road. A branch of the Braden River forms the north boundary and State Road 70 forms the south boundary. Phase I of Lakewood National and Polo Run are scheduled to open in 2017.
