The Goodwill Corporate Campus project consisted of the development of a 9.44 acre parcel to construct an office and retail facility at the northeast corner of US 301 and 51st Avenue East in Bradenton. ZNS provided several services such as Survey, Planning Services (preliminary site plan and rezoning), Civil Design and Permitting Services (design of utilities, stormwater and paving, including a lift station, landscape architecture and construction administration (including final certifications).
